Our initial meeting is what we call the "Discovery Process." During this time, we collect information about your project while you learn more about our company. As part of our portfolio we offer design and engineering services. Our goal is to fully understand you and your project, ensuring we offer a more personalized approach than any other remodeler. This can be done through a brief telephone or video consultation (15-30 minutes), where we will provide you with an overview of the potential costs of your project based on our experience.
2 | Professional Service Agreement

3 | Initial Site Consultation
Our Initial Site Consultation is designed to understand your vision and set the foundation for a successful project. We will meet with you to discuss your ideas, preferences, and overall goals to ensure a clear understanding of your vision. If you have any pictures, sketches, or drawings, we encourage you to share them, as they can help convey your design concepts more effectively.
As part of our consultation, we will outline a strategic plan for your project, ensuring it aligns with your expectations and requirements. Additionally, we will discuss your investment considerations, including both financial and time commitments, to recommend the best solutions that fit your needs and budget. 4 | Written Detailed proposal of scope of work with pricing.
Once the Site Consultation is complete, we will present a detailed, itemized proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and budget. The proposal will be categorized for clarity making sure everything aligns with your expectations before proceeding. The proposal will include an estimated total project cost and a payment schedule will be outlined. Your approval is essential before we begin the remodeling process.
