Robert Paugh
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Robert's passion for building began at an early age. As a teenager, he developed a keen interest in construction while cutting wood on his grandfather's farm and working with his father’s tools in their garage.
In the 1990s, he pursued formal education in construction at CPCC, where he gained expertise in framing, blueprint reading, and other essential skills. After completing his studies, he joined a contractor specializing in home renovations. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for transforming spaces with potential into something exceptional, solidifying his place in the industry.
Today, Robert is a resourceful and detail-oriented general contractor with over a decade of experience in recruiting and coordinating skilled labor across construction sites. He is proficient in obtaining permits, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes, and providing accurate cost estimates. With strong negotiation skills, he excels at building lasting relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional results.

Rob and his crew had to completely renovate our old kitchen due to a water leak that had been going on for months. They tore out our sink, all counters and flooring. After removing all mold and mildew and rotted wood, they replaced and installed our new dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and all counters and cabinets. We recently hired Conservation Renovations to remodel our kitchen. Robb and Geoffrey did an outstanding job. Robb and his workers showed up every day, and there was never any delays. They removed old wallpaper, repaired and painted all the walls and ceiling, installed new Quartz countertops, new tile back splash, repaired and refreshed all cabinets, removed and updated all lighting, installed new light fixtures over table and cooktop, replaced several appliances, (with their help, we were able to choose the right appliances for the new kitchen - our favorite being the deep sink and the glorious new faucet that does all kinds of fun things.) They completely refinished and stained our kitchen floor, so the stain matched and flowed perfectly into the older floors in the adjoining rooms. You could not tell it was any different from the rest of the rooms. In addition, they also repainted our adjoining laundry room so the paint would match the kitchen. They were expert in removing the washer, dryer and extra refrigerator, in order to paint behind them, and then they moved them back into place with no problem at all. Even though the job is complete, Rob has called us a couple of times to be sure there are no problems. I have not listed everything they did, but we are very pleased with all they did.
