Lininger Deck rebuild

This was almost a complete deck tear down and replace. We removed all the deck boards on this 27'x30' deck with a 11'x20' covered portion, and all the railings. The framing structure was in bad shape, so we had to reframe all the front portion (30'x16'), which included removing and replacing two 16' girders, and adding a 2b'x12" ban board around the entire outside. the 10'x10' back portion needed to be reframed to accommodate running the deck boards in the same direction as the front portion. Once we removed the deck boards from the covered portion of the deck we discovered a few framing issues we needed to address before re decking with 2x6 material.
